Where are you located?

We are located on 75th Street in SW Gainesville, FL, right in between the Tower Road Branch Library and the Veteran’s Memorial Park.

How much does it cost to live in your home?

Our competitive rates vary greatly depending on the amount of care and attention the resident needs. We are proud to say we have some of the most affordable rates in town without sacrificing any of the quality of life to our residents. Even including all of our services, our rate per day is comparable to a stay at a hotel.

What type of license do you hold?

We are licensed as a VA Medical Foster Home. This is the VA/Federal equivalent to the Florida Healthcare Administration’s Adult Family Care Home (AFCH) classification, a set up in which residents live in a family style environment that takes care of them.

What kind of payments do you accept?

At this time, we only accept payment directly from the residents and their family, in the form of check, direct wire-transfer, card, or cash. Additionally we are able to accept assistance with payments from the VA,
